I really miss WNUA. Chicago is such a large city but shamefully we can't seem to keep quality radio stations. Smooth Jazz, Trance, Classical...
So good it made me LT my TV <3333
LTTV is mid, WLTL rules… But the Road America shirt is something I can respect
whens it coming to spotify
Legendary Instruction!!!
I'm 9 years late but thank you so much for this video!
Glad it was helpful!
For those viewing this interview, we are saddened to share the news that Mr. James Zwit has passed away. We were honored to have worked with Jim for this series of interviews as well as other projects which documented his experiences in Vietnam. Please remember Jim and all of the other veterans for the sacrifices they made for our country. James R. Zwit February 3, 1951 - March 12, 2021
So proud to call this man my father! We lost him in 2021, but what a legacy he left behind 💕
I’m going there soon!!
MGySgt Slaughter was one of my DI’s on Parris Island in 89’. I’ve thought of him and my other DI’s many times over the years. He is truly a respectful Marine. I owe him a lot for what I am today. It wasn’t easy, but I wouldn’t give it up for the world. Funny thing is that I remember a tattoo on his left hand, and what it is. I’m sure these programs are grateful to have you as part of the staff. It’s great to see you doing gret things with the kids today. SemperFi MGySgt.
The amount of hair we all had in the 90s was pure madness
Liberty Graduated In 1987 So I Think This Was 11-29-1986.
Im the son of phill brummitt
I love the way the 90's girls acted.
Thank you, Mr. ROKITA!(AMERICAN HERO)!!!
as a son of a WW2 combat vet,I experienced fort polk Basic and INF AIT at FT POLK,june-sept 1972 as a squad leader E-5 ROTC commission (Ordnance) Germany,(1976-1979) Then KOREA (1989-1993)
I think I saw him in tv one time ( joking)
Thank YOU!Jim!(AMERICAN HERO!)
Where is 2012 all school?
Many of our programs got blocked for Copyright by RUclips. Sorry.
He’s a great story teller… Awesome interview!
👍
old times bruh
This was such a huge help thank you 🙏
Thank you for your service sir
Great service
these guys make me cry. For so many different reasons
Thanks for your bravery, loyalty, and honorable service to our country Mr. Zwit. Sadly, the same greasy media, and corrupt establishment that sold out our Vietnam Vets, is selling out our entire nation at this time. We need to put an end to it once and for all. Why is it that every time we fight communism, the media does everything in it's power to stop us from getting the victory? The media is the enemy within, the enemy of the American people. Outstanding interview.
I am struck by the appearance of of the people, one second, they are a bunch of kids on a picnic and next view they are old men
Fascinating stories! Thank You Gentlemen!
Exactly the same thing happened to my Dustoff helicopter near Chu Lai, 1970. At a high hover over a bomb crater trying to hover down for a pickup. RPG went off under the tail boom and suddenly we were looking straight down the side of the mountain, with the tail boom pointing straight up! We made it to LZ Snoopy with fuel pouring out underneath. We were the third dustoff that tried to make that pickup. We finally got the wounded out after midnight but some didn't make it. A crazy day. Patrick Plemmons, Dustoff 82, 68th Med Det, Chu Lai, 69-70.
Mr. Rokita seems confused and angry. Hope he gets some help. I was there the same time he was and in the same unit and I never saw anyone kill a baby. The only women we killed were carrying AKs.
Truly was a dream come true to bring this show to RUclips where it belongs! Thank you to Michael, Angus, Elliott, Karman, Ben and especially Mr. Allan, who spent HOURS in the editing room working on the episode! I cannot thank any of you enough!
The Knife my father mentions is a Bo Randall model 14 .He still has it .The sharpening Stone from the sheath is worn down thin in the middle after years of use.The blade is carbon spotted, worn from heavy use.The almost impossible finger grooves micarta handle on it has a big chip out of it from RPG shrapnel. It’s what turned me into a Randall knife collector ...I now have 23 pieces.
Accidentally hit sent on my comments...wasn’t finished. With the good man my father is his health recently is starting to fail.He has been living with type2 diabetes for years now and other the last two his situation has worsened. He recently got diagnosed with stage 5 dementia, the VA doctors are giving him 3-5 years.Unfortunately Jim Jwit has passed away since these interviews have been released.. With all the respect in the world I want to thank you on behave of my father for all the great comments you have left him , I know he and my family appreciate it.Please the next time you see a Vet tip your hat to them or buy them a drink if you see them out and about . Know matter how you feel politically , emotionally, etc....They have sacrificed so much for our freedoms in this great country.
Richard Lozano Padilla is my father. I’m not a computer guy but I forced myself to get signed up in RUclips to give all you great people updates on my dad along with others that were interviewed along with him .He fought along side Jim Zwit and Mike Allen .If you found my dads video there’s will be floating around his interview.like the video shows his tour of duty was from 1970-71 with the US Army 101ST Airborne mostly in the central highlands of Vietnam.Number one , my father is a great man and was a provider after the war .He married in 1975 to my mother in Fillmore California. He had three children my older brother (1977) me (1980) and my sister (1983)He raised us to be decent hard working Americans with red whit and blue running through our veins . All men and women created equal and respect everyone you meet until proven otherwise. He gave me and my brother the love for the outdoors fishing and upland game bird hunting and sports.
Thank You for your service sir
Great story telling! Thank you for sharing and for your service!
I fall asleep to these great interviews. God bless all these brave men. Please know there are many of us out here that respect and love our veterans.
he need to be at 100%

His wound treatment story with a nurse and his meeting his brother with a knife was as real as it gets. Thank you for his service.

Hero brother! I was there ‘70-‘71 Mekong Delta, 20th Engineer Brigade.
I agree with the resentment towards Carter and the amnesty thing,a real slap in the face to us Vets who served. Myself I was a young husband and father at 19 who was drafted in January of 71 because of low lottery number and didn’t want to leave my family and serve but even though living less then one hundred miles from the Canadian border went and served my country like my father before me luckily did not serve in Vietnam but did serve when called. My hat is of to you brother God Bless.
Great video august
CALIFORNIA had all the wacky protesters. The rest of country vets did t experience that “baby killer” nonsense. And California’s stupidity hasn’t changed to this very day.
